For Guys - How to Win Back the One You Love

Losing a beloved one is never easy. This is not only about death but the separation when both lovers are still alive. No matter what the reasons may be, the people who lose their loved ones feel extremely sad over the loss. There are those who plunge into depression and feel that they can no longer go on living. You might be one of them because you do not know how to win back the one you love.

You may be wondering how to win back the one you love. Let me tell you up front that it is not an easy job and will require you to be tough and determined to pursue your beloved once again. You also need to learn how to win back the one you love because there are a lot of things that you have to do. With the following tips, you can start to win back the one you love.

First off, it seems that there is a need to clarify the phrase “winning back your girl.” This is sometimes being used by guys to depict as if the girl is the prize and that she is like a precious jewel that could only be won by hard work and great pains. Well, a beloved woman is certainly worth pursuing in spite of the cost and the effort involved. Yet, if you would only change your mind and also consider why your girl would want to win you back, you will be more effective in pursuing her love once again.

Sometimes love is a chase - a kind of pursuit where the man pursues the woman until she reverses the process and chases after the man. We are long past the Victorian era when women were prim and proper and were expected not to show interest to the man pursuing them. Nowadays, women are also empowered to make their own contribution in the love relationships that they will enter.

When you are in the process of knowing how to win back the one you love, it would not be advisable to lay down all your cards on the table. You should not tell her everything that you feel. It would be better to retain the mystery about you. This way, your girl will also be curious as to what you are up to. Girls, generally, are curious with men who are mysterious.

Show her that you love her through acts of service and through the sweet little nothings. When you catch her interest and her attention again, you shall have learned how to win back the one you love and be reunited once more.

We've Learned..................

We've learned we can't make someone love us, All we can do is be someone who is loved. "I love you" are words that are most said but rarely meant. We've learned there are many ways of falling and staying in love. We've learned life turns on a dime, so quickly we don't know what happened. We've learned that it takes years to build trust, but only seconds to destroy it. We've learned life is hard, but relationships are harder and it takes work. We've learned no matter how bad our heart is broken, the world doesn't stop for us. We've learned to be careful of the words that we believe in. We've learned not to make promises we can't keep. We've learned to forgive the people who have hurt us. People are human; Humans make mistakes. We've learned to follow our instinct and We are the Michaelangelo of our life. We're in control of painting the picture on our canvas of life. We've learned to believe in ourself and to be confident enough to know that we can conquer anything that we put my mind to. The mind is the most powerful thing on our bodies, so use it wisely. We've learned just because someone has money doesn't make them better than anyone else. We've learned to keep close friends, but remain friendly and kind to everyone we meet. We've learned we don't have to change friends, if we understand friends change. We've learned no matter how bad it gets, there is someone out there who has it way worse, and the worst hasn't happened.

5 Tips to improve your kissing skills

True love is when that person kisses you in public and you don't think twice about where you are, who's around you or why that person is kissing you. All that matters is the person on the end of your lips.
But sometimes you feel you're not that good in kissing and therefore, here is some tips for you...

1) Practice on your hand - Sure, this might sound a little freakish, but everyone has done it, and it's a great way to practice your lip movement. Put your upper lip over you index finger (hand should be flat and facing you...like you're about to do a karate chop). Put your lower lip just below the bottom of your middle finger. Slowly glide your lower lip over the middle finger and stop when it gets to the bottom of your index finger (your two lips should come close but never touch). Repeat this motion over and over. Occasionally, take your tongue and glide it from the middle of your middle finger to the middle of your index finger. Every few strokes gently push your tongue between your index finger and middle finger. Remember, move your tongue slowly.

2) Practice in the mirror - This is a great way to fine tune your approach. Watch for your facial expressions and look for two key things: the point at which you close your eyes and when you open your mouth. Wait until your lips are about an inch away (from the lips in the mirror) before you open up. At nearly the same time (or a half second earlier), start to close your eyes.

3) Watch the Movies & TV - It's hard to flip through the channels without seeing people making out...especially on MTV. Use this sex-saturated resource to your advantage. You can really learn a lot by watching people kiss on the big screen. Bear in mind, though, that not all kisses are realistic (Top Gun) or practical in everyday life. Instead, look at how normal kisses are done. Watch for body positioning, placement of hands, and the point at which people close their eyes and open their mouths. Rent a movie or two...this way you'll have the ability to hit rewind and watch the proper technique over and over.

4) Watch other people - Look at how couples at your school do it. Watch for details like the approach, the way they look at each other right before they kiss, etc.

5) Ask your friends - This can provide you with invaluable insights.

"Not all kisses are magic, and most boys do not live up to your expectations, but there are those times when everything, I mean love, romance, relationships, it all falls together perfectly and it's incredible. It's those moments, no matter how depressingly few and far between, that make growing up worth it"

Understand Non Verbal Communication

Experts say that up to 65% of communication is expressed non-verbally. To help you better understand the dynamics of the unspoken word, we've broken down the basics.

Facial Expressions - Your facial expressions are the most telling thing about you. They indicate exactly what you are thinking and how you're feeling. As a side note...studies have shown that people who smiled more, regardless of their true character, were considered more likable and friendly than their peers. So...start smiling more.

Eye Contact - The eyes are the window to the soul. They easily reveal whether you're intently listening to someone or trying to space-out. Make eye contact often and never stare off into space (for longer than 2-3 seconds) when being spoken to.

Body Posturing - The way you stand, walk, and sit, speaks volumes about who you are as a person and what you're thinking. If you're having a conversation with someone and you lean back and cross your arms, you're conveying a sense of defensiveness or skepticism. On the other hand, if you close the distance between the two of you and keep your arms in an un-crossed and relaxed position, you'll give off a sense of receptiveness.

Gestures - Your mannerisms can give people an insight into your personality. If you make use of hand movements and head nods while speaking, you'll appear to be an animated person. On the other hand, if you stand completely erect and motionless while speaking, you'll appear to be dull and boring.

Paralinguistics - AKA...how the words sound when they come out of your mouth. The way you use tone, pitch, loudness, inflection, and rhythm will alter the way your message is received. By varying these elements (not sounding monotone), you'll seem interesting and far more enthusiastic.
